Argoon Wind Farm

Acknowledgement of Country

In planning for Australia's clean energy future, RES acknowledges its rich history. We pay our respects to the Jeithi people, the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which the Argoon Wind Farm Project is proposed. We recognise their ongoing connection to land and waterways, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

The Project

RES is proposing to develop Argoon Wind Farm, located within the Murrumbidgee Council area, approximately 20km north of Jerilderie, NSW.

Following initial feasibility assessments in 2022, RES has been engaging with the local community to better understand the impacts and opportunities that may flow from a renewable energy project in the region.

If developed, Argoon Wind Farm will deliver significant local benefits through local employment and procurement opportunities and tailored community benefit sharing programs.
